The Shelter Sofa

Another prominent trend from Market includes streamlined and clean upholstery.  Even the tufted pieces were not overly adorned.  Look for shelter sofas as the number one trend. Shelter sofas have a boxlike shape, with arms that are the same height as the back. They are great for reading or watching TV with legs extended on the sofa, while your back is supported by the arm of the sofa.  Because the sofa surrounds you, it is very inviting and conducive to intimate conversation. AFI has long been a fan of this style, and we use them often.
